Hey there! We’ve been on a little vacation this January, enjoying some rest after an amazing 2013 and a fun holiday season, but it’s time to get to work! We’re back with a new monthly theme that will have you thinking about staying healthy, inside and out.

We’ve decided to do things a little differently in 2014. Each month we’re embracing a new theme that explores an issue, idea or subject area through stories, reviews and guest posts. For January, you can look forward to content around “Healthy Living,” which is all about nurturing and supporting mind and body. This also introduces our newest section on the website, Healthy Living, which can be found under “Beauty.”

Now this isn’t about obsessing about weight loss or never drinking tequila again, or even about making New Year’s resolutions. Instead, we’re looking inward and outward at mental, physical and emotional health as our path to more healthy living.

Don’t worry, we’re not going to tell you to lose weight, or the best workout to burn a million calories in 20 minutes, or even how eating chocolate will help you become a better runner (if it can though, please let us know!).

For the next two weeks in January, you can look forward to stories about self-esteem; how to go gluten-free and still eat yummy things; supporting your immune health; and emotional well-being. You’ll still find our usual fashion, culture and beauty content on Jugni Style too.
