Delicious Italian with a twist.

When we heard Chef Paul Marshall was taking over the kitchen at Cento Notti, the OPUS Hotel’s newest pop-up restaurant, we were all over it. Serving a sexy and irreverent mash-up of Italian influenced pop art and comfort food, this is the perfect place to sample a selection of local cheese and cured meats. Our fave!

Jugni Style’s Sukhi Ghuman and Gurj Dhaliwal were invited to the grand opening of this fabulous new hotspot. Cento Notti is Italian for one hundred nights, and that is exactly how long this bold new restaurant will last, so hurry in. Gone are the graffiti splashed walls you may recall from the previous pop-ups 100 Days and 100 Nights. At Cento Notti, gold and glitter rule, with Italian frescos accenting the room.

And an even better reason to check out this resto? It’s part of Dine Out Vancouver 2012. For as little as $28 you can enjoy a 3-course dinner. But be sure to make your reservations as Dine Out Vancouver runs from January 20 – February 5, 2012.
