It’s fashion week season around the world! Hosting a special preview in her New York studio, designer Rachel Roy presented her Ready-to-Wear collection for Fall 2014, and it was a heady mix of layered lace, wool, leather, fur and brilliant colours.
It’s the 10th anniversary of Rachel Roy’s brand and she’s celebrating with a collection that reflects her brand personality: refined, feminine and tailored.
“I designed what I wanted and needed and what I thought would work,” she told Women’s Wear Daily. The collection included leather and wool bomber jackets (which we loved!), multilayered dresses with chantily lace, and a selection of pieces in fire engine red which were striking, but not up to our taste.
Take a look and let us know what you think of Rachel Roy’s Ready-to-Wear Fall 2014 collection.
