There’s nothing we enjoy more on a Sunday morning than brunch with family and friends.
Almond milk lattes, fizzy mimosas, and light and fluffy pancakes. Brunch is our favourite meal of the day (after happy hour, of course). Nowadays, there are a ton of breakfast choices for vegetarians, vegans, gluten-free, dairy-free, pig-free, beef-free, and even egg-free brunch. We’ve selected our favourite places for brunch that include conventional breakfast fare, plus options for allergy or diet restricted people.

Rustic, french and delicious. The crêpe menu offers savoury (we’re partial to the smoked salmon with herby goat cheese and greens) and sweet (Nutella!), as well as gluten-free buckwheat crêpes.

The standard in South Indian breakfast food. Forgo the paneer and chicken concoctions for the real, authentic stuff. Our favourite is the Paper Masala Dosa filled with yummy, spiced potatoes and served with sambar and two chutneys.
House of Dosa, 1391 Kingsway, Vancouver
- Wendel’s Bookstore and Cafe
